Our Process
In
sight Partners uses a results based training model. We believe that academic theory proven by real world results is a winning combination for successful endeavors.

We've broken down our method to its most basic functions to help you see all the various steps to sound development for your firm. Whatever your needs may be, we'll follow this course to provide you with solutions to your organizational development and training needs.

Conduct a needs assessment of your organization's special needs and develop tentative objectives for the project

Establish baseline data if available.

Identify an evaluation model. We believe you have to have measurable results in order to evaluate the success of the endeavor. This measurement is formulated in the first stages of our assessment. We will work with you to develop an evaluation model that makes sense in your environment.

Select evaluation method/design. We'll select a method that most closely matches your needs and can provide the most information to you and your staff.

Determine evaluation strategy. We'll assess the unique factors in your organization that may help or hinder evaluation, and then we'll tailor our strategy to you.

Finalize training program objectives. You and your staff will be instrumental in the design process as we together craft a training program or organizational development initiative that produce results.

Estimate training program costs/benefits. Your budget and your time frame will be driving factors.

Prepare and present proposal. We'll go over all aspects of the process until you are confident that the initiative is a great fit with your goals and budget.

Design evaluation instruments.  You must determine how you'll evaluate the program in the design stage.  It is only there that you can provide for the recording of all data elements that will determine the success of your program.

Determine and develop training program content

Design or select training delivery methods.  We offer a variety of delivery methods that you can customize to best suit your environment

Test program and make revisions

Implement or conduct program.  We can provide the training or work with your staff to provide training via our train the trainer methodologies

Collect data at proper stages

Analyze and interpret data.

Make program adjustments

Calculate return on investment.  This is a critical area that often times gets overlooked.  ROI is possible to determine.
