Jan Wilson, M.Ed.
Ms. Wilson has extensive healthcare management experience, having served in the not-for-profit sector, for profit sector and private practice for over 25 years. She most recently served as the Director of Information Technology for a multi-state healthcare corporation specializing in organ, eye and tissue recovery and distribution.

Ms. Wilson graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Arts from Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee specializing in information technology.  She then went on to earn her Master's in Education from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University.  Her area of expertise is Human Resource Development.

Ms. Wilson's areas of interest are organizational analysis and assessment, and her skills include training vs. non-training assessments, particularly those of process alignment.  She is adept at return on investment (ROI) analysis.

She particularly enjoys teaching, training initiatives and development efforts in information technology settings.  She is trained in the TOPS method of action planning, and the Art of the Focused Conversation.

Past clients include Dollar General Stores, the United Network for Organ Sharing and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
