Betsy McNamara Wills, M.Ed.
Betsy McNamara Wills holds a Master's in Education from Vanderbilt University. 

Ms. Wills has extensive leadership experience in the management, fund raising, and team building functions of non-profit organizations.  Her work on eight non-profit boards has afforded her in depth knowledge of organizational leadership and change management.    Her emphasis has most recently been on strategic analysis of training interventions and design of curriculum for organizations implementing new initiatives.

Ms. Wills is skilled in delivery of the TOPS method of Action Planning, and the art of the Focused Conversation.  Her academic emphasis included  the design of  both curriculum and evaluation of training interventions.   She is qualified to administer assessment testing in MBTI and the Strong Interest Inventory. 

Past clients include Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Dell Corporation, and the Association of Non-Profit Executives.
